[1] Take a new file of 400 pixels, 400 pixels, of resolution 72 dpi in the RGB mode.
[2] Using the pen tool draw a shape as shown below right click
select the make selection and fill that layer with #3c3a48.
[3] Create the following selection with the help of “Pen Tool” now go to
Select>Modify>Feather Selection by 2px.
